Returns Policy

We accept returns for unused and undamaged items purchased directly from WenaMane within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Exclusions:

  • Items not purchased directly from WenaMane (e.g., purchases from third-party retailers) should be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with their policies.

  • Personalized or custom products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
